30th Birthday Party Ideas

So here is another past birthday that I thought I would share. It was my Hubby's 30th. Which takes us back a few years, okay maybe about 4 years. But I came across this favor box in my craft room, and I just had to share it with you all. I decorated this box and put the year of his birth on it...

I then filled it up with candy that was popular that year - Whatchamacallits, Razzles, Candy Smokes, Wax Lips, Smarties, and Blow Pops.

I then made a compilation CD of music from that year. I must say it had a lot of Bees Gees on it!

 Typed up some random facts about that year....

... designed a cake topper for digital transfer - Isn't he the cutest thing ever?

...and had Kroger slap it on a cake. Super easy to do!

You can do a super-cute retro party for cheap. Just do your research about that year. You never know what you might find!
