Muy Buena Salsa: {Super Simple}

This salsa is the simplest and best tasting salsa I have ever tasted.  It only requires a few ingredients and is so easy to make.  I got the recipe from my friend Christy several years ago and have had people asking for more ever since.

Here's What You'll Need:
1 Can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Chiles
2 Green Onions
1 Large Tomato or 3-6 Smaller Ones
Salt
Lime Juice
Garlic Salt

I have found the easiest way to do this is just to chop the tomatoes up in quarters, chop the bulbs off the onions, and empty the drained can of Rotel in a food processor all at once. Pulse it until you get your desired consistency. Mine is very finely chopped. I am not a fan of the chunky.  Once that is done add salt, garlic salt, and lime juice to taste.  Approx. measurements are 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of lime juice, but I never really go by measurements.  So delicious! Try it out today or at your Cinco De Mayo celebration.  I made a tag for those who would like one.  Link here.
Just a note: I corrected this tag after a lengthy discussion with my Spanish speaking friend Juanita. Even though I intended "Salsa" to be in English, I still must make it agree in gender since the word is of Spanish origin. Good to know!
