A Little More of the Decked Halls

Here is a picture of our kitchen decked out in "subtle" Christmas style. I keep dreaming of that super-spacious chef's kitchen, but for right now this one will just have to do. I added just a little bit of holiday decor to the countertops and a festive wreath above the sink.

I made this candy cane vase pictured below after another Pinterest find.  Who would have thought inserting some candy canes into a rubber band could prove so difficult?

And here is my kitchen tablescape! The Kiddo loves playing with the nativity blocks I made!

I can't wait for Christmas, although I must admit that I don't want it to get here too fast. Because then it will be all over! And I will be sad.
