Stuffed Animal Adoption Certificate
I plan to stage a little pet adoption center when I have my party, so I thought I would come up with a little adoption certificate for the kiddos to take home. I found several online, but of course I had to jazz it up to match my party theme! Printable link for blog subscribers here.

I might even use these on pet rabbits that we sell would love to see it in green (4-h) and maybe pink but absolutly love it so many different uses!

DeleteThis is such an old post, but I just wanted to thank you! My friend and I are 8th Graders. She got snowed in with me in a blizzard and she lived out of town. So, we went to the store & bought this Gigantic Stuffed Duck! We even bought him clothes. (He was that big!) We named him Rodger Cooper Harlaway, and used this adoption certificate. It is now hanging proudly in my hall!
