Father and Daughter T-Shirts {Father's Day 2013}

I finally got started on part of the Hubby's gift for Father's Day.   I found the idea on Pinterest.  Here is the original link here.  I knew I wanted to do this ever since I came across it last year. I love the look of the baseball tee and I found both of mine online at jiffyshirts.com. The site offers tons of options that are sure to fit your demands.  I used my craft cutter machine to cut the t-shirt vinyl. I then pressed the design with my heat press.  If you don't have a heat press, you will need to order the special iron-on vinyl that Silhouette offers.

As many of you know, our daughter is adopted, so holidays like Father's (and Mother's) Day are especially dear to our hearts.   Which is why I am so in love with these shirts! I decided to use the year we received her into our household instead of her birth year or adoption year.

Of course I had to make one for my daughter as well!  She looks super-cute in it!

The fonts I used for these shirts were: American Captain, BrannbollSedgwick, and Mister Sirloin BTN Rare.  All of them are free fonts except for Mister Sirloin.
